一 我靈，鎮靜！主正在你身旁，
憂傷十架，務要忍耐擔當；
信靠父神，由祂安排主張，
萬變之中，惟主信實久長；
我靈，鎮靜！天友最是善良，
經過荆棘，引到歡樂之疆。
二 我靈，鎮靜！一切有主擔當，
未來引導，必與過去一樣；
任何遭遇，莫讓信、望動搖，
眼前隱祕終必成為明朗；
我靈，鎮靜！風浪仍在聽命，
有如當年主使風浪平靜。
三 我靈，鎮靜！時間過去何速，
即將與主永遠同在一處；
失望、驚恐，那時遠遠離我，
愛何無窮，忘記一切憂傷；
我靈，鎮靜！當主擦我眼淚，
平安滿溢，當在天家相逢。
1. Be still, my soul! the Lord is on thy side;
Bear patiently the cross of grief for pain;
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change He faithful wil remain.
Be still, my soul! thy best, thy heav'nly friend
Thro' thorny ways leads to a joyful end.
2. Be still, my soul! thy God doth undertake
To guide the future as He has the past.
Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake;
All now mysterious shall be bright at last.
Be still, my soul! the waves and winds still know
His voice who ruled them while He dwelt below.
3. Be still, my soul! the hour is hast'ning on
When we shall be forever with the Lord,
When disappointment, grief, and fear are gone,
Sorrow forgot, love's purest joys restored.
Be still, my soul! when change and tears are past,
All safe and blessed we shall meet at last.
