一 誰若倚靠耶和華，真有福，必得著應時的幫助；
你若處處緊緊的跟隨主，必承受應許的好處。

你若時時不斷的仰望主，必能有穩健的腳步。
三 真是有福，有天父來扶助，並且有救主來照顧；
你若得著主與父來同住，就永遠不再感孤苦。
四 真是有福，你不斷走正路，向上又向前不受阻；
你若得著主同在的豐富，就必得應時的幫助。
