一 惟有常出代價，願背十字架，
我們纔會得勝，纔會得權能。
不是自己力量，不是人思想，
乃是耶穌尊名，使我們得勝。

二 應當除去誇耀，絕一切機巧；
我們應當爭戰，像耶穌一般：
藉死亡得權能，藉失敗得勝；
因十字架苦難，毀壞了撒但。
三 既勇敢，又溫柔，慈仁且奮鬥；
雖工作，亦安息，剛強卻無力。
欲得反倒賜給，有能卻無依；
雖與救主同釘，卻滿有生命。
四 我們若隨救主，走祂的道路，
必須背十字架，與祂纔融洽。
應當忍耐到底，雖死亦不避，
直等我們上天，得血染冠冕。
