一 永遠的光，永遠的光，
何等榮耀輝煌！
我不純潔，何能經祢
探照之光，平安不慌，

二 天上眾靈圍繞寶座，
得沐聖潔光芒；
只有他們不會自責，
因為他們從未認識，
經歷墮落境界。
三 我們天賦情況黑暗，
我們思維虛妄；
“自有永有” 我心可瞻，
赤裸的我何能擔當
祢這永遠的光！
四 今有一路為我開闢，
直達最高天上；
一個犧牲，一次獻祭，
一位聖靈所有能力，
一位新約中保。
五 這使我們能以注視，
天上聖潔無礙；
無知之民，黑夜之子，
能以住於永遠的光，
因有永遠的愛。

And on my natural spirit bear
The uncreated beam?
4. There is a way for man to rise
To Thee, sublime Abode;
An Offering and a Sacrifice,
A Holy Spirit's energies,
An Advocate with God.
5. These, these prepare us for the sight
Of holiness above;
The sons of ignorance and night
May dwell in the eternal Light,
Through the eternal Love.
