一 無別聲音破此靜寂，無別踪跡侵擾此光景；
只有祂美麗，寶貝的自己，和祂親愛的聲音。

可否求祢向我說出：
祢曾為何故，祢究是何如，
在這安靜屬天處？
二 安靜之中有祂蒞止，祂向我密語，深入我心；
帶我進內室，向我表意思，說祂是我的愛人。
三 在此就是天的聖境，不許有聲音，一切安靜；
我喜樂來近，我渴求來飲，你肯表露的愛情。
四 在這俯伏安靜之中，主耶穌，我不敢稍動彈；
恐有音失踪，恐有語落空，我失你愛的片段。
五 我魂，當息！我心，當足！你已達到最高快樂天；
安臥你救主親愛的胸府，注視祂親愛笑臉。
