一 耶穌，靈魂的愛人，求祢許我來藏身；
正當波浪滾滾近，正當風雨陣陣緊。
藏我，哦，主，來藏我，直到今生風波過；
引我平安進天門，至終求接我靈魂！
二 我無別的逃避所，無助靈魂向祢託；
求主莫將我丟棄，安慰保守無時已。
所有倚靠寄祢身，所有救助在祢恩；
我頭無遮，身無蔽，求祢聖翼來覆庇。
三 主阿，祢是我所需，夠我一切還有餘；
軟弱、跌倒祢扶持，疾病、瞎眼祢醫治。
祢名至義、至聖潔，我全不義滿罪孽；
我是邪惡沒良善，真理、恩典祢充滿。
四 祢前我遇浩大恩，恩足赦免我罪深；
醫治活水望湧流，使我清潔蒙保守。
祢是永遠生命源，望在我心成活泉；
從我裏面來湧流，一直湧流到永久。

Make and keep me pure within.
Thou of life the fountain art.
