一 波浪怒濤勢洶湧，滾滾欲吞我驚魂，
狂風怒號聲可怖 但我已知得安穩；
因我有一堅固錨，永永遠遠不動搖！

我錨已經安然拋，雖我人輕船又小，
靠主恩典不動搖，我錨穩固安全又可靠。
二 雖然浪潮如山倒，隱伏危機四圍繞；
雖然滿天鳥雲罩，雖然風暴雨又狂；
安然站立不動搖，我錨緊拋磐石上。
三 風浪交加愈緊迫，愈覺我錨真牢靠；
眼不能見信心鍊，緊繫我心抗狂瀾；
使我能駕風暴上，直到風暴全止消。
四 憂患幾乎漫我魂，傷痛猶如浪滾滾；
正當惡者在引誘，正當風雨掩日頭；
我靠基督能強勇，因我有一堅固錨！

For my anchor grips the Rock.
3. I can feel the anchor fast
As I meet each sudden blast,
And the cable, though unseen,
Bears the heavy strain between;
Thro' the storm l safely ride,
Till the turning of the tide.
4. Troubles almost 'whelm the soul;
Griefs like billows o'er me roll:
Tempters seek to lure astray;
Storms obscure the light of day;
But in Christ I can be bold.
