一 哦，主，求祢長在我心，祢外再無他求；
使我逐日與祢更親，逐日向罪自由。

“我是無有，祢是萬有”，我願常受此教。
三 祢這聖潔、榮耀的主，讓我更多瞻仰；
無論快樂或是艱苦，我願作祢活像。
四 天上喜樂，求祢膏我，靈力，求祢助我；
但願祢的熱切愛火，從我全人射過。
五 可憐的己，願其消沉，惟祢作我目標；
使我逐日藉著祢恩，更配與祢相交。
