一 祢是平靜祕密之源，祢是神聖全足的愛；
我們靠祢，所以安全，我的幫助，我的山寨；
耶穌，我們是藉祢名，能脫犯罪、憂愁、震驚。
二 祢名乃是我們救恩，賞賜喜樂入我心懷；
祢名帶來平安、興奮、能力，並加永遠的愛；
祢名已經賜給我們 赦免、聖潔，並加天門。
三 耶穌，祢是我們一切：
痛時，安舒；苦時，安息；
傷心之時，祢是音樂；亂時，平安；失時，利益；
怒目冷眼，祢是笑臉；羞辱，祢是榮耀冠冕。
四 缺乏，祢是我們富有；軟弱，祢是我們能力；
束縛，祢是完全自由；試探，祢是可靠逃避；
失望、憂愁，祢是喜悅；死亡，生命；我主，一切。
1. Thou hidden source of calm repose,
Thou all sufficient love divine;
My help and refuge from my foes,
Secure I am, if Thou art mine;
From sin and grief, from guilt and shame,
I hide me, Jesus, in Thy name.
2. Thy mighty name salvation is,
And keeps my happy soul above;
Comfort it brings, and pow'r, and peace,
And joy, and everlasting love;
To me, with Thy dear name, are giv'n
Pardon, and holiness, and heav'n.
3. Jesus, my All in all Thou art,
My rest in toil, mine ease in pain;
The med'cine of my broken heart;
In war, my peace; in loss, my gain;
My smile beneath the tyrant's frown;
In shame, my glory and my crown.
4. In want, my plentiful supply;
In weakness, mine almighty pow'r;
In bonds, my perfect liberty;
My light in Satan's darkest hour;
In grief, my joy unspeakable;
My life in death; my Lord, my all.
